The is my special photo gallery that is dedicated
to the fine photography that Tina Barrett took of me while I was pregnant
(seven months). She has a special eye for light and composition. Her preference
to work in black and white film lends a classic beauty to her images.
The last photo, which is of my three month old son, Wassim, and me, was
also taken by Tina. The photos on this page are low resolution. Click
on the image to see a larger version.
Almaazah has written an article on pregnancy
and belly dance that was published in the OPA -- a monthly newsletter
published by The Austin Bellydance Association. It is a heartfelt personal
experience of Almaazah's after the birth of her second child in 2004.
