Our chat board just started Feb 13,2001...and our *family* is steadily growing daily.
I'd like to say a big WELCOME to ALL our new people to the board
Our board has many features to make it more enjoyable and fun aside from just posting posts.
Take a tour... Below the Tiel Chat logo are 2 links. One link is for making a new post. The other link is a link to our 2nd. board (Heads Over Tiels)...which is for fun and games, where you can tell stories, jokes, or tell about what a 'bad hair day' you had, to posting for sale items. We try to keep the Tiel Chat board basically to any bird related questions and emergencies.

*Avian Library For Tiel Chat and Heads Over Tiels* This link will take you to links to all kinds of things. You can add your birthday. Plus, you can add a picture and that way we can *see* other chat board members. You can add a story of how you came to be posssed/owned by your birds. If you lost a feathered friend you can add it to our Rainbow Bridge page. There are also a wealth of links and several members webpages...Check them out. There's instruction also on how to post a link or a picture.
And...please be warned!! Some days you'll enter the site and never know what you'll find. The logo may change, especially if there is a holiday celebration or a special birthday...or whatever our webmistress *Sati* and Betty decide to surprise us with.
Oh...some other special features are when you do go to make a post you can click on the *Preview* button to see how it looks, and if you have to make any changes. You can also check to see if links you are going to post are working, and if pictures show up. Once satisfied, then click on the post button. This helps keep the "double posts" down. If you don't get to frequent the board much to check on replies you can check off the Notify me by email box so that the response is sent directly to you. And sigh...we don't have a spellcheck yet.
Any suggestions to make this board the best and most helpful it can be are welcomed.
