¨ Shabby, second rate repairs made to HVCA property!
¨ Board tells elderly member to SHUT UP at the April meeting!
¨ What about the board refusing to conduct a meeting in May?
¨ Why do board members violate Deed Restrictions with IMPUNITY and We get nasty letters & bills from an attorney?

¨ Nuesro parque y cancha de Tennis Lucen en deplorables condiciones y los directores de HVCA se REHUSAN a repararlas.
¨ Los contratos no se hacen competitivamente. Reparaciones de segunda clase se han hecho a las propiedades de HVCA. Miembros del conite tratan de CALLAR preguntas en la reunion de Abril!

A revolution is taking place in Huntington Venture Park Not the noisy kind, but the quiet kind that has demonstrated recently how HV Homeowners have been able to remove a number of unsavory elements from our Venture Park and take it back for the children. This revolution has been so successful that most of the community is unaware it has taken place.
In an effort to let HV Homeowners know there are those who care, Houston Police Department Officers met with a group of concerned HV Residents at our Huntington Venture Park Wednesday April 30. This gathering demonstrates the readiness of our local HPD to be there when needed.
