HVCA ANNUAL MEETING 10/16/03

The Attendance for Huntington Village's Annual Meeting Included More Than Enough Members Arriving in Person and By Proxy to Satisfy the 10% Required Members For Quorum.

A New Board Was Elected and A Special Meeting Was Called By  over 200 Members in Good Standing.  A Written Request Was Delivered to The Board Secretary and Duly Posted On The Clubhouse at 9511 Cook Road. 

 Article 9 of HVCA's Bylaws Allows for Amending The Bylaws By Special Meeting and Section 4.02 Provides For Calling A Special Meeting of the Members of the Association. A Vote of The Membership Was Called to:


A:    REVERSE AND REMOVE ALL CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO HVCA'S BYLAWS THAT WERE PUT INTO PLACE AT MEETING CALLED AND HELD ON JULY 27, 2000.

B.   FULLY AND COMPLETELY RESTORE HVCA'S BYLAWS TO THE ORIGINAL WORDING AND INTENT PRIOR TO THE CHANGES MADE AT THE JULY 2000 MEETING.



A Motion Was Called to Amend HV's Bylaws Per A & B Listed Above By Palma Sales.  The Motion To Amend Was Seconded By Johnny Johnson and Discussion on the Motion Was Placed On the Floor. Discussion Included Reasons Why It Is Imperative To Return Our Bylaws Back To The Original Intent. A CALL For the Vote Was Witnessed, Recorded and The Vote On The Motion Was Taken.

    Abstentions                                                           0

Motion Carried and Approved.


THE SPECIAL MEETING WAS ADJOURNED.
