There are those who believe the less you know, the better. Many,
however, believe that HVCA is long overdue to go online to
communicate with those who genuinely care about our neighbors and our
community. Here's why we need Huntington
Village Online

HV's Board of Directors
The constant hiding of and refusal of our board to make HVCA's
Books and Records available for resident viewing is the main reason for
this website. Additionally, our deed restrictions
place a definite "NOT
TO EXCEED LIMIT" in the maximum amount we are required to pay in
annual assessments as well. Why are you being billed 50% above that
published maximum figure?

Board
Threatens Residents with Lawsuits After Running For Election
Read about an ongoing court case where our "Board
of Directors" and their lawyer are doing exactly that. This seems more like
something that would occur in a Banana Republic, but it's one of our
Board's dirty little secrets...
|
|

|
One of the most common misconceptions is that "OUR"
lawyer works for
the Members of the Association. WRONG!
The lawyer you pay for works ONLY
for and at the sole behest of the Board of Directors. Her income is based, as
you will learn, on taking money and legal action ONLY
against HVCA
Homeowners.

Case
Studies...
This DATABASE
of past
events will be the beginning of letting you know a few of the
"CASE
STUDIES" that
are now history, yet most have been, by design, kept in the dark and totally unaware
of what has for years been "Standard
Secret Operating Procedure"
and in many cases, in total and obvious violation of our governing
documents. We hope to place some Good Things here too for
your review. |
