leave-of-absence and have recently
returned to APS and you were an
ASCA Union member before you went
on the leave - you should be
automatically set up for dues
deduction as a Union member when
you return to APS. Please check
your pay stub and make sure the

This Program is for ASCA members only. If you enroll within the earlier of 12 months of approved employment or 6 months of becoming a new member of ASCA, you will not be required to provide evidence of good health.
