Time Rolls On

I had one of these (manufactured by Arrow) way back when' ... It was black plastic, with steel balls.
I wanted another, so I built one - much nicer of wood & marbles (but still quite noisy!). I reverse engineered it from photos and a patent drawing. I changed the minute scheme from the original 5-minutes (that never made sense...?) to 10, so it reads logically.
I just love synchronous electric motors! This clock began its life as the defrost timer motor from my 1959 Frigidaire.
